I'm back! and i bring with me our next installment, Connecticut.

A nice carport and some well tended flowerbeds greet us as we come up to Little C. the front door enters into a small foyer with space for a coat rack or table. down the hall is the door to the half bath and a study area featuring a piano and a chess table. coming around the corner we find ourselves in the living room with the stairs to the 2nd floor to our left. the living room has seating as well as a big TV and stereo system. along the left wall is the entries to the kitchen and separate dining room. both are large enough to fit the whole family.


Along the right wall is the large glass doors leading onto the patio and a lovely fenced in garden with loads of flowers and other foliage.an easel sits facing the grassy area. great for posing family members for portraits!


Up stairs we have a small landing with 2 doors. one leads to the master bedroom which is quite large and features a private bath with sink shower and toilet. the other door belongs to the 2nd bedroom. equipped with 3 beds and nightstands, a toy box and a full bath, including tub, it's perfect for those accidental triplets or take the extra beds out and let your only child bask in the interesting space.


It's a bit pricey but it has all the space you'll ever need for a small family or even a large one.

2 simple re-hues of both the shingle siding and the barn panel siding by Maxis in green shades. find them under siding. these walls are exclusive to this lot and are not available anywhere else.

Notes:
the 'driveway' is floor tiles and must be replaced by a real driveway from NL before you can place cars on it.
