Isn’t it cute? This lot is perfect for a 2-3 sim family. Perhaps even 4 if you’re daring. I made this for a family I am making and I loved it so much I had to share with you.
There are built in bookcases in the study area, the back faces the TV/sitting area. It looks spectacular and really helps to make it feel like two different rooms in one. The bathroom is fully stocked with tub/shower combo and a top of the line toilet.
The kitchen has everything you could ask for. There is plenty of space and it's totally open so traffic jams are a thing of the past . This house comes with the following appliances; fridge, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a stove. Almost every item in the house is at or above even picky sim standards. The first bedroom offers a simple set up, a double bed, dresser, night table and a nice green plant. It is very simple but highly functional.
The second bedroom is a place for the kiddies. It has a crib and a twin bed as well as a changing table, a toy box and a toddler toy.
The front yard has a corner flowerbed that is to die for. It is by far my proudest moment when it comes to landscaping, I hope you enjoy it too. It took me about an hour to get it right. I was determined and i'm thrilled with my end product and I hope you enjoy this feature as much as I do.


Notes:
In the picture it shows two items that are NOT included with the lot. One is the Sunair light computer and the other is a hacked telescope by CtfG here

Also, i forgot the smoke alarm...just thought id fore warn ya :P
