These apartment buildings is especially for your High Society Sims.

You can find two big luxurious suites with all the furniture and delights your richest sims need.
You only need Apartment Life for it to play and no custom content was used.
I play-tested it for one Sim Day with one family.





I have attached the apartment version and the residential version, if you want to change anything. Remember when you change the residential lot to convert it into an apartment building by typing "changelotzoning apartmentbase" in the cheat console (to open the cheat console press ctrl+shift+c)

For renting the apartment FURNISHED:

CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
--> go very near to the door and stand before it and then SHIFT-click on it and choose "Rent Furnished"

After that open the cheat box again and type:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false
