Custom content: modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


Three row houses, two of them furnished for 2–3 sims each, the third one is empty except for basic fixtures. The floorplans are almost the same in all houses, only the third (emtpy) one is a little bit larger than the other two.

Each house has:

- open kitchen/dining room and a toilet on the ground floor
- living room and single bedroom with balcony on the second floor
- double bedroom and full bath on the top floor
- basement (empty)

There are three (rotated) driveways on the lot; the invisible driveway I've used is not included (I recommend the one by frillen, available here).

This is *not an AL lot* (see Backdoor Lane 10 for info on non-AL apartments), but it's probably not hard to convert it into one.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1); you can easily enlarge the lot with that if your sims want more outdoor space.
