This is the 2nd, fully furnished, house of my new Candy Bay neighbourhood. This one is "gardening oriented" but of course can be transformed at will.

The main house offers one room and 2 bathrooms. The smaller house contains a fitness machine and a small bathroom and can be easily transformed in a second room if you so wish. There is also possibilities to add a driveway by removing the pond or the decorative kitchen garden as there is a greenhouse on the back of the garden.

For those who like this kind of lot I am happy to say that this serial is to be continued, as I'll be building my area I'll very happy to share my new lots with you.

and scanned with Clean Installer : no hacks
