Custom content includes recolourable deck stairs by Numenor – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


Very cheap mini starter on a 1x2 lot, furnished for 1–2 sims, with spare rooms. Since it's a budget starter, I made it look a little like an abandoned house (it is unplayed though) – your sims will have to do some cleanup when they move in. The house has a garden terrace and room for one rotated driveway in front.

1 x double bedroom
1 x twin and 1 x single bedroom (both empty)
2 x bathroom (1 empty)
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Additional small living area upstairs. Very sparsely furnished; no extras except for a mirror; the top floor is entirely unfurnished and unlit. The single bedroom (downstairs) makes a good nursery.

Note that some of the trash lying around is only removable with "moveobjects on".

Thoroughly playtested; my testers raised four children in this house (one of them had to sleep in the upstairs living area).


This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
