Custom content: modular stairs by crocobaura – please see this thread if you want to install them properly. The lot will work just fine if you don’t, but they won’t show up in the catalogue so you can’t select them or use them in other lots (which is what the installation procedure is for).


A house with a store on the ground floor (currently a bakery) and a garden on the yard side, sparsely furnished for 1–2 sims with room for more. The business comes pre-stocked with a selection of yummy cakes, but it would work well for other purposes too (if you sell the display cases you'll have enough §§§ to afford a crafting station or stock it with something else).

The store has a back room that can be used as a workshop or break room, as well as a bathroom. Stairs and the area behind the counter are lockable (there's a gate at the foot of the stairs – not very well visible in the screenshot, since it's taken when the gate was open).

A small living area is on the top floor.

All basics included except for a burglar alarm; I think I may have forgotten the fire alarm though. There is enough room for one rotated driveway in front of the house.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want more outdoor space.
