This is a small two-story house with fireplace and a covered porch on the yard side. It will sleep up to five sims.

1 x double bedroom
1 x twin bedroom (plus crib)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Most of the screens below are taken in the neighbourhood where I'm currently using it (furnished and landscaped slightly differently, and on a larger lot); the top-down screenshots show the lot as packaged.

It is built on a 16x18 lot; prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 one.
