Placed on a thickly wooded lot near a beautiful fishing pond, this lovely farmhouse is guaranteed to make an expert gardener out of any sim! The secluded basement is the perfect location for a witches laboratory or perhaps a guest room for a visiting vamp? Other features include:

3 bedrooms
2 baths
study downstairs
private study attached to master suite
eat kitchen
formal dining room
wrap around porch
driveway
all the extras...high end furnishings, art, all skill builders

All for the extremely low price of only $78,484! The private study attached to the mast suite could be turned into a nursery and the nursery coverted to another room if needed.
I originally intended to make this lot a "witches" house, but the spooky thing is really not my forte. I had a hard time decorating and the landscaping was looking way too cheerful. Trust me, if you have a goth soul, this house would make a dark and creepy lot easily enough. Enjoy!
