Small on size but big on style, this posh micro starter on a 1x1 lot has everything your sim needs including:

This lot was built on Marylou's tiny 1x1 lot and I thank her. This lot has been playtested. The ballet barre is on balcony one and the art easel is on balcony 2...both are covered balconies, so weather does not seem to be an issue. At one point I had 5 people on the lot at the same time and I did not see anyone having a fit about not being able to go where they wanted. I hope you enjoy it
