4 Bedroom Colonial Style Family Home

This is another house I decided to copy. Not anything REALLY special perhaps, but I liked it enough to copy it. I didn't have the floorplan or pics of the back of the house so those parts I designed myself.

The home features a large kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room, billiard room with mirrored bar, TV room, powder room, and a library/study on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite, a family bathroom, and 3 more bedrooms, two of which are decorated "neutrally" to suit either gender.

The house also has a pool out the back. There is no driveway or garage.

The Goodie family were kind enough to test it out for me, and they happily report that everything works as it should - including the angled bookcase! Yay! :P
