This home is my 50th upload! Not my 50th "lots & houses" upload, but my 50th upload nonetheless. :P
I liked this house a lot so I decided to copy it. However I made a few changes. First of all, I dispensed with the box-bay window on the left because there really wasn't any way of making it look good (pity there's no quarter tile wall placement). Secondly, I didn't have a browny-beige recolor for the window shutters so I left them white. I'm quite happy with how it turned out. I spent a long time working on the roof alone. :P

Downstairs features a study, powder room, dining room, kitchen, meals area, great room, gym with toilet & shower facilities, garage (fake garage door), and the master bedroom with walk in closet & large ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a games room.

Outside there is room for up to 3 cars on the driveway, and the backyard features a gazebo with hot tub overlooking a small pond, a treehouse, a swimming pool, and extensive landscaping.
