If family and fun and living at the beach is what your Sims are looking for, then have a look at this lot! Inspired by Plasticbox’s Seaside Siding-Northern Edit, I just had to do a beach lot. I needed a style of house with lots of porches and decks to enjoy those cool night ocean breezes. This also has one of the few basements that I like to play. The whole backside walks out to the beach so it is really easy to see what’s going on down there!

The Main floor has:
Living room
Kitchen / Dinning Combo
Study / Den
Full Guest Bath

The Upstairs has:
Master Bedroom with own bath
2 child / guest rooms with own baths

The Basement has:
Large Rec Room
Full Guest Bath

The Lot has:
Front Porch
Patio with Hot Tub
Deck with a BBQ area
Deck for Star Gazing
Deck for curling up and reading a book
Solar Panels
Room for a Drive
Landscaping
And the Ocean of course!

Please Note:
You can find Marvines Stair Animations here if you need them!
Also a pic of where I have the lot placed in the Valley to get the walkout basement.

HUGE THANKS to all the creators that allow the use of their creations, MTS2 for a place to share and you for looking!

Enjoy!
