The Green one has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, rents for $1345

The Pink one has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, rents for $1290

The brown one has 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, rents for $2738

The Blue one has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, rents for $2247

The common areas have a pool, garden plots, pond (river), play equipment, chess tables and vending machines.

And yes, the landlord will tend your garden for you! He waters it, sprays for bugs and weeds it! You only have to go out there when you want to! How easy is that! However, you do have to plant it yourself.
