Welcome to my first MTS and Sims 3 upload called Ocean Drive.

Ocean drive is a 2 story house which contains on the 1st floor a Garage, living room. kitchen/diner, bathroom as well as a back area with pool. On the 2nd floor it contains a bedrrom with En-Suite, bathroom, study and balcony covered with a roof. I have furnished this house quite well although it does not contain too many luxury items like a tv, games console...etc which can easily be added later by the user.

This would be a great house for a couple who are looking for a step up from the starter home

The house was built on a 30x30 lot and has the following prices:
