Welcome to New Ocean Drive.

New Ocean Drive is going to be a set of small 1 and 2 story single sim houses that i intend to create for an as yet undecided street from Sunset Valley or riverview.

The first house is No 1 which is a single story house with garage.

The house contains 1 bedroom with en-suit, a kitchen/dining room, living room, garage with sloped driveway and a nicely decorated front garden area with bench, it is also fully furnished if you chose to buy it furnished.

The cost of the house is:

77,522 - Furnished
45,594 - Un-Furnished

This is one my best looking house I've built and it was also one of my favorites to build out of any sims game just because i wasn't trying to create any particular style of house and was at first simply messing about and trying a few things out.
