It has 2 master suite, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 1 exercise room, a study, open kitchen, dinning and living area, 4-car garage, a swimming pool, a playground, a garden.





I built it on 2500 Pinochle Point but I guess it will also look good on the 40 x 40 beach lot.

This is the most expensive lot I've built so far @_@, sorry about that. ^^;
