Judith's House is a bit larger than I usually build. I conceived it as a cheerful place for Morgana Wolff to raise her children, should she divorce Thornton. There's room for LOTS of kids!



Inside, it has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, library, formal dining room and living room, large kitchen, and attic. Outside is a garage, ornamental pond, play area, and garden. There are two porches on the front of the house.



It sits on a 40x30 lot. The lot cost in Edit Town view is 127,646. In Build/Buy mode, without any changes at all, it is listed at 129,968 Furnished and 78,302 Unfurnished. My theory is that the higher cost is caused by the landscaping.
