Auntie May's Summer Cottage has three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, library, and wall-up attic. Outside are landscaped grounds, a garden area, a pool, and a small pond.

I uploaded this to the Exchange a few weeks ago, but have since added the attic. It's nice to get feedback and thanks, too, which one doesn't get at the Exchange. I recolored most of the textures. My main family is living in this house, and they seem pretty happy.

It's on a 40x30 lot and costs 88,820 furnished. I gave them extra money to buy it, since $20,000 seems inadequate for five employed adults. Let's just say I inherited it from Auntie May
