This home features an open plan kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, powder room and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

There is also a dining area in the "screened porch", leading to a deck with a hot tub. Great ocean views from most rooms.

I loosely copied the original.

It's intended to be a vacation home - an outdoor dining area isn't very practical for everyday, all-season use - but with some modification it could be converted into a regular home.
