Built for Sims who love to breed, this large house features three huge bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, and another as a nursery with two cribs, for twins.
Second floor has a total of four full bathrooms, plus a half bath on the first floor.
Huge landscaped yard features play area for kids, plus swimming pool and fire pit for the whole family.
First floor features two car garage, plus more parking space in the driveway, open plan great room with fireplace, office with computer desk and easel, and a family room with TV, video game console, stereo and chess.


I used several tile patterns by JaneSamborski on this lot, in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not included in lot.
