'Golden Slumbers' large family house

Large 4 bedroom, 5 bath home perfect for large families.
First floor features large master bedroom with en suite bath, large great room (kitchen/dining and living room), plus an office and guest bathroom.
One car garage with additional parking spot in the driveway. Yard features pool and BBQ area, and playground for the kids.

Second floor features 3 large bedrooms and three baths. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bath, the other two baths have hall access. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with single beds, one decorated for a teen, and one for a child. Both could easily accommodate second beds, or a double. The third bedroom is set up as a nursery for twins.

There is one piece of custom content included in the zip, a beach scene painting, used in the master bedroom. The picture is by me, a screenshot of a beach scene from my Sims 2 game, made to look like a watercolor in Photoshop. It was made into a Sims 3 painting for me by Skylar (SkyModInc) and I have his permission to distribute it.
