Three bedroom, 2.5 bath house in a traditional country style. Porch wraps around front and one side.
First floor features separate kitchen, dining and living rooms, plus master bedroom with en suite bath, an office/den (which could be made into a fourth bedroom if needed), and a half bath. Second floor features two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Both second floor bedrooms are large enough to accommodate double beds, but I've furnished them as singles, one furnished for a teen and one for a child.

I built this house on a corner lot, with the corner to the left. The driveway (for two cars) comes in from the corner side to the back of the house, so the placement will be odd if you place the house on a lot that doesn't have a street on the left side. (Cars shown in pics not included)

Backyard has a space for a vegetable garden.



I used some custom content on this lot, not included in zip.
