Built for a Sim who has the Illustrious Author LTW (max painting and writing), this craftsman style home features 3 bedrooms plus a nursery, 3 full baths, and an attic studio/office for honing the writing and painting skills.


Yard is landscaped to look a bit wild an unkempt. Driveway accommodates 2 cars. (Cars shown in driveway are not packaged with the lot).

Backyard has a small garden area ready for planting harvestables.



Master bedroom features en suite bathroom. One bedroom is set up with two single beds but could easily be made into a second master.
Kitchen,living and dining room feature an open floor plan.

I used furniture and build objects from the EA store in this house, mostly from the Hewnsman set.If you don't have these objects, the game will replace them with base game objects.

I used one custom pattern, in the wallpaper of the living/dining area, a conversion of the rustic pine floor texture from TS2, by Plum. Since Plum is fileshare friendly, I included it in the zip for convenience.
