The Gingerbread - a small comfy house for 2+1
This is "The Gingerbread". I wasn't planning on uploading it but it seems like it turned out rather pretty so I thought some of you might like it It has a small traditional kitchen, a classic living room combined with dining area, a romantic master bedroom and a modern bathroom and second bedroom (with a little Japanese touch to it). There is also a garden with space for gardening provided. A gate in the backyard helps when your Sim lives near a park and wants to go for a walk from time to time (it's very useful for me). There's no driveway, but space for it can be easily provided if one moves the front trees a bit. If you like it, please comment or at least click thanks!
In my game this house is occupied by an old lady (to whom belongs the master bedroom - the stylized portrait hanging in front of the bed is of her long deceased husband) and her kleptomaniac, insane and inappropriate daughter (who uses the red bedroom). The old lady fought tooth and nail to keep the house in status quo but her daughter insisted on redecorating it in a modern style. That's why bathroom and small bedroom are in that style. The old lady, however, managed to keep the traditional kitchen and her romantic bedroom just as they were when her beloved one was still alive. Also, she gardens a lot in her beautiful garden blissfully unaware of the fact that her daughter uses the backyard gate to sneak to the criminals' hideout where her career is budding.
That would be my story about the place, use it as you want

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

*Policy*
Don't do anything with my lots except for playing with them lol. But as far as items are considered, you can include them in uploaded lots/Sims on any non-paysites but remember to give me credit and link back to my profile. And don't upload these items on their own anywhere.
None of the above can be uploaded to the EA exchange.
