After a summer of computer problems, house moving and holiday I'm back with a new canal lot for the canal lot series. This is also my first starter lot. It seemed appropriate to keep a derelict building under 20,000

This is a squatter's dream. The building has a bedroom with a view:

The lot has been build with AGS, a copy has been tested without issues and it's been cleaned with CI. Also, to avoid confusion please be aware that pictures have been taken within my main game with all the EPs and packs that I own.
