After the tragic death of her husband, Agnes Crumplebottom couldn't bear to live in the house they'd planned to share for life. Looking for a secluded place to hide with her grief, Agnes fell for the villa build for the late film star Gritta Gablor at the peak of her fame. The house has been the setting of many fabulous parties and romantic dalliances; in Gablor’s time what is now the garage was in fact a grand ballroom. Things didn't stay that way, though. In her late years, Gablor shunned the public and rarely left her home.
On the ground floor the house contains:
Grand entrance hall
Guest bathroom
Kitchen with pantry
Dining room with bar
On the first floor:
Landing with exhibition of art collection
Guest bathroom
Living room
Private quarters with bedroom and master bathroom as well as access to the attice study on the second floor
Second floor:
Study
The lot also features several garden spaces as well as an enclosed patio and a large first story balcony around the back.
The house has been build for entertaining rather than as a convenient family home, but if a family wishes to do so there is one and a half floor that can be converted into more living space.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I've moved on to TS3 and I love playing and building with it. I've never been able to resist cc before, but this time round I'm really striving to make lots cc free unless absolutely necessary.
My aim is always to create lots that stand out, either in style or theme. I don't have a preferred style but thrive on variety. Nature, Scandinavia, modernist (and contemporary) architecture, the makeshift, vivid colours, and interesting cc are some of my inspirations when creating lots.
If you like my lots have a look at smmishing.wordpress.com, my blog where I also share some lots.
I hope you like my creations. Don't claim them as your own and do not repost my lots anywhere else. You may use my cc freely in your own lots as long as you give credit and let it remain free. Also, no TSR!
As a rule of thumb, I don't take requests, simply because I dislike building slavishly after floor plans.
