As naltar66 put it: 'Great for the beach-crazy Sims'. After fishing or going for a nice relaxing swim, the kitchen is on the first floor where you can grab a bite to eat. The second floor has two bedrooms and a washroom where you can take a nice bath and get rid of that fishy smell. Before going to bed, have a nice barbecue on the top floor then just relax on some comfortable chairs with a great book or watch some television. It's got an open feel so that your sims can enjoy a nice view and listen to the waves.

Built on the Recurve Strand in Sunset Valley. Down the mountain from the mansions (60x60 lots).

I've been seeing a lot of beach houses so I got jealous and made one. It's actually pretty fun to make a beach house because it made me think of the beach... and how it's gonna be winter soon. The best memories I've had were at the beach and I love being at my cottage so why didn't I think of building a beach house before? Well, I built one now. Take it or take it.
