This is an old house that was damaged during the burning of the Clover City library. Because of this fire, the house was remodeled.

This house retains the classic and old exterior but the interior has been modernized.

The light is very important in this house, so will a lot of white and lots of lights to illuminate the house at night.




The house has 3 levels or floors. In the first level you find the living room and the pool. In a separate building are the kitchen, dining room and a small bathroom. Opposite the kitchen is the site for the grill and the stairs to the pool. Because the large windows you can enjoy the scenery and also allows the sims parents to see the kids while they are playing in the pool.


The second floor has a large living room to enjoy watching TV, reading or playing video games. It has two bedrooms: the master bedroom and another smaller. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with pool view, although this is equipped with panels and curtains for the Sims less exhibitionists.


The third floor has a bedroom perfect for a lonely teenager, it has a computer and an easel.
