I've made another great sims 3 floor for you to enjoy. This is NOT a pattern. It is located in the tile floor area of your catolog, and costs 5 simoleons per square. This is not a default replacement floor. It has 2 main recolorable parts, with a 3rd channel that can be used for slight shading, as seen in the orange and brown tiles. I really, really love the way these floors turned out. So very nice! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
