I made these floors into sims 3 floors with permission from GrandDuchessEmerald. The floors are located in the tile floor section of the catalog, and are NOT patterns. They cost 5 simoleons per square. The floors have 3 recolorable channels.

I love these floors for sims 2 so I was thrilled when she said I could use her sims 2 floors to make sims 3 floors. She also said I could share these with any site I chose as long as I also shared with sapphiresims2.com which I have done.
