The house is built in a 'U' shape. In the centre is a small garden, leading out to a lake at the rear.
The lower level is partially sunk into the ground, and contains the bedrooms, one small bathroom and a lounge/foyer. There are many different paths and stairways connecting it to the top level.
The top level is encompassed by a walkway offering great views on all sides. There is a dining area, spacious kitchen, and a patio out the back.
