This is a spacious modern house with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It hopes to look futuristic with slanted half roof, lots of windows and split levels. The lot was not perfectly flat which I didn't notice until I was well into building, however, there are no steep areas to cause placement problems. There is also a 3 grid narrow hallway in the master loft, but there are glass doors on either end, so sims can easily take alternate routes and not get jammed up on the way to the rooftop jacuzzi. Move some yuppies in!
