I wanted to create something small, nice and working for my sims and ended up making this house. I think it came out quite nicely so I wanted to share it with you guys too.
There is no real model for the house, it just came out of my head.

Outside you can see the drive-way leading to the porch which is sided with colourfull flower-beds.

First floor is basically one single room except for the bathroom of course. Entering the front door brings you to a small hall which opens to a livingroom on the right. From there you can walk past the fireplace to the kitchen and dining area. There's a small bathroom straight from the front door.

Climbing the stares to the second floor will take you to a study area from which you can get to the smaller bedroom and bathroom. Master bedroom is on the end of the hall.

I used white floors and wallpapers 'cause I wanted to leave the choise to anyone who likes to fully decorate the interiors of their houses.
