1240 Sharon Drive: Part 1/10 of 2010 Luxury Home Tour!!

Hello everyone... It's been awhile sense I've posted something... like two months! Sadly, my "Teardown Tour" was shut down early because of computer troubles... with my whole sims world really! I now have a new computer, new Sims world, and now new series! It is called the "2010 Luxury Home Tour"

Welcome to the Kickoff home to the 2010 Luxury Home Tour! This tour is a spin-off of the Luxury Home Tours in various cites around the country. There are a total of ten homes to this series, and each one is built shortly before it is posted. That way, it fits the "Luxury Home Tour" Standard. (The homes are so brand spanking new in real life, you could smell it =D) A new home should come every two weeks or so, to accommodate for my now-busy life. Anyhow, this is house number ONE.

Ok, This home is smaller then most of the homes on the tour, but it is a great kickoff due to it's architectural elements. For an example, the entry patio is 1.5 floors up, with a tray ceiling! Also, the home is a "Illusion": it looks like it is a single storm small house, but it really is HUGE! The kitchen also is unique and quite functional, with a private dining room!
