Another starter home from my Happy Homes-series. Like my previous houses, this is also furnished with basic stuff plus some nice decoration.

It has come to my knowledge that this file gives an error with just Base game and crashes while loading the lot. I have tested it again many times and it seems, that you'll need to have atleast ONE EP installed for this to work normally. I tested it with all EP's and just Base + BV installed, and it worked fine. If any of you are still having problems with this lot, please report them to me. I'm sorry for all this trouble, I have no idea how a lot that's build with just Base game, can be unplayable in it...!
