True Modern Starter is a bright, new home for under $20,000 for self-made sims to begin their lives in. It includes a large master bedroom, spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas, and upstairs loft and bathroom. The yard has plenty of space for a pool or garden. The house has basic furnishings including bookcase and fire alarm. True Modern Model Home is an upgraded version of the same house, fully decorated and furnished. The yard is lushly landscaped and includes inviting deck and pool. The Model Home is for sims too busy to decorate!
