Mootilda unfortunately passed away in September of 2014. They were a respected member of the community and contributed to the Simming community for many years.

From the street, this small house looks like a nice modern one-story home, but it holds a surprise.

The entry way, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms completely surround a hidden treasure: a fully enclosed courtyard with pool.

The house is flooded with light, since every room has windows to both the fully-landscaped yard and the sunny courtyard. Most corner rooms have windows on all four sides, giving the entire house the feeling of living outside, without having to worry about inclement weather.

When the weather is fine, though, the courtyard provides a safe protected place for the family to lounge and play. In addition, two sets of stairs provide access to the flat roof, almost doubling the available space. The roof can be used for a roof garden, spa, party area, or whatever your heart desires.

This home is small on the outside and big on the inside.

Note that some pets cannot navigate 2-click stairs, so this may not be the best lot if you have a family pet.
