A quaint little park with something for nearly everyone. Artwork and flowers are the centerpiece of this park which includes: playground equipment, 6 picnic tables, 8 benches, various plants for fruits, seed and bug spawners, laptops, chess, and restrooms.

I've been playing on either small or tiny maps created in CAW, so the parks needed to be a bit smaller than those in Sunset Valley and Riverview. It was built on a 30x30 lot with a pricetag of 141,294.
