Box Turtle Park (Generation's Small Park)

For the first Generations lot in the EP Build Project, we have a small park. Even though Generations didn't come with any lot types, I still want to incorporate the expansion pack into my project, and the small park seemed like the perfect lot type to do just that. I have this lot at 647 Farmer Valley Road, but it can fit on any 40x40 lot.

Towards the front-left of the lot is the parking area, with parking spaces for cars and racks for bikes. Towards the front-right is the gazebo and hopscotch. The sidewalk at the right of the lot leads to the restrooms at the back-right. The sidewalk then leads to the back-left, which contains the seating area for Sims to cook and eat, and a sand pit off to the side. At the center of the lot is the playground.
