This small starter house is perfect for those Sims fond of the art

There is a small kitchen area perfect for one person. A small TV room is the perfect place to work out and lose those extra carbs or to learn some new skills. The front hall has a bookcase for those interested in reading to learn instead of from hands on experience. The bedroom is perfect for just one person and is connected to the basic bathroom. Outside is a deck that is just a little bigger than the house. It contains a chessboard for having fun and learing the logic skill at the same time. The best part of the house is the 3x3 painting studio with the open window wall for the perfect painting enviornment. There is also a small crater pond in the yard perfect for stocking and catching fish with a staircase going down to it.
