This is my first unfurnished home. Usually I can't bring myself to upload without decor but this one has so many options of the placement of kitchen/dining area's I thought I'd leave it up to your own imagination




The sunken seating area on the main floor is open to the living room on the second floor, gives it a nice open feeling. Even though it is a small area of the house I think it's layout makes it a focal point. Perfect for dining or even formal seating.

There is lots of room on the first floor to stick in a recreation area, library corner, media,ect..ect. Up to you
There is also a door to the backyard where you will find a cozy little pool and a shed for storage.
