That day for inhabitants of Sunset Valley was a big surprise. Instead of lovely Crystal Springs, favourite place for many of fishermans, they found something very odd and disturbing. There was no lake any more, but a small town, abandoned and silent, place from very different time...




I introduce to you my latest work. There is variety of different building styles in here, but I couldn't find nothing from this category. That's why I decided to make one by myself - Lot inspired by The Wild West. This place is untidy, old and messy... vegetable garden is withered and full of weeds, paint peels of from walls and all iron is covered with rust. But all this town needs is a new owner, who would love it and bring it back to life.









Special Notes:

- There is nothing electronic in this place, no alarms, no TV's , no phones.

- There is no fridge.

- It's built on Crystal Springs place, so terrain is strictly fitted to surroundings. If you want to put it somewhere else, you have to be prepared for some terrain shaping work. But, to be honest, I couldn't find better location for this lot.
