This is The Arc House. It has a big arc in front of the house and a garage. This house is big enough for a big family, because there are enough bedrooms.
On the first floor is a big livingroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and finally a diningroom. On the second floor are three bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a recreationroom. If you like you can make a fourth bedroom out of this, or anything else.
Outside is a big garden with place for anything you like!

The house is furnished with EA-stuff only, but also with World Adventures stuff too, so you need that EP!
The lotsize is 40x30 and the price of the house furnished is 68.351 and unfurnished 41.756.
