Hey guys, this is a reproduction of a British family home based on real-life plans I came across. I worked as hard as I could to faithfully construct the house according to plans, and hopefully that comes across.

First off, I decided to make this house since you don't find many properties for The Sims that are made in the British style, and I find that a disappointment, or maybe I'm just biased since I'm British but anyway, a couple of years ago a development started near my home and I decided to see if I could find the plans and soon after, I did.




The house has two floors, and comes fully furnished, inside and out.

The ground floor contains:
A living room;
A dining room;
A kitchen;
A utility room;
A toilet room and
A garage.



The 1st floor contains:
A master bedroom with en-suite;
A large 2nd bedroom;
Two smaller bedrooms and
A family bathroom.



The garden comes fully equipped with a patio supporting a barbecue and covered table and chairs, a vegetable patch, and plenty of flowerbeds surrounding the house and bordering the fence. The front of the house has a pathway leading to the front porch and around to the side entrance, a drive and several flowerbeds.

The property sits on a 30x30 lot and costs:
116,070 furnished;
56,149 unfurnished.
