This lovely home was built on 53 Waterfall Way in Sunset Valley. It has 4 bedrooms (The master bedroom, 2 regular bedrooms, and a nursery that you can convert into a bedroom if you want) and 3 and a half bathrooms. Other features include:
  • A 2 car garage
  • A large backyard with a pool, grill, picnic table, garden, and a swing set
  • A balcony on the rear of each floor
  • An entertainment room on the 3rd floor

I did use store items in two of the Bedrooms:

  • Uber-Dress Dresser
  • Ultra Modern Dresser
  • Ultra Modern Night Stand
  • Bingo's 3 set collection
