just another residential Lot made by me. But this time I tryed to create a modern Apartment, the opposite of all my other creations til now Flowers everywhere!!! Your gardener Sims will love it.

This Lot is fully furnished and contains no custom content. But you will need World Adventures to get it work and the High-End Loft Stuff Expansion because of a few objects to get the result as in the pictures. (I'm not shure if you need High End Loft to install, just try out and replace the furniture with other)
