Be Maid, Repairman, Gardener, and even max needs.

hello, this is my first uplode, so enjoy it!!
Just makes sims be a maid, repairman, and gardener,
and wander. Also, they do the actions to clean up and if there's nothing to clean up, they wander. Same goes with the Repair and Garden interactions. Also, it maxes the needs so you don't need to worry about them when making movies! The interactions Clean, Repair, Garden, and max all needs come up on the active sim.

Also, I created a version that only has the Be Maid, Be Repairman, and Be Gardener interactions and without the max all needs.
