Happy Holidays: 10 Custom Plate Replacements

To celebrate the holiday season and my 2 year anniversary at ModTheSims I asked for users to submit a design for plates they'd like to see in TS3. I didn't get as many submissions as I predicted but from the ones I did get, it was a real treat to see what you guys like.



Each set is named after the creator who submitted them. They contain a painted/patterned dinner plate and platter (they use the same texture) complemented by a simple bowl. Some bowls have rims, some are just solid colors. I tried to add designs to the bowls but the way EA mapped the bowls made it nearly impossible to keep the textures from being stretched beyond belief.




Remember, these are default replacement meaning you can only have one custom plate design in your game!

Wanna mix it up a bit?

The plates/bowls are highly customizable, it only requires a little editing in S3PE. If you like Plate A but think it may go better with Bowl F, then simply swap out the texture files in S3PE for your own custom look.
