Well hello again

Here's another of my adventurous starter homes. This time I went for a much more modern and stylish feel, but I think the inside is still nice and homely, and I'm pretty proud of how it turned out as a whole
So here's all the basic info you'll need:

Rooms:
Living Room leading to Kitchen
Bathroom
Master (Double) Bedroom
Single Bedroom

It costs 19,954 so it's not a bad price for what your sims will get! Hopefully you will like it as much as I do. It's got a lot of potential for extension/gardening when your sims start to earn some simoleons as well, so it makes for a great starter home
